we recently had an extremely disappointing experience at kyro lounge, from the moment we walked in the staffs behavior was unacceptable. We coincidentally landed in kyro lounge and as the first experience in Bahrain, they were blatantly racist right from the reception. People were judged by their look and appearance we were being charged cash at the Reception saying it was cover charges but later ended up paying the whole bill and nobody accepted and instead argued as we didn’t had any receipt that we paid as cover charges at the entrance as it was paid cash. This kind of attitude is inexcusable and made the entire visit very uncomfortable. The food was another let down it was poorly prepared lacking in flavor and certainly did not meet the standards of a lounge that charges premium prices. Speaking of charges, I was to see that my bill was significantly higher than what was initially quoted. The prices shown in the menu and the price in the bill doesn’t match. This place seems to thrive on overcharging its customers please be careful and diligent while paying your bills. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting kyro lounge. The combination of discriminatory staff, subpar food and unethical pricing makes it a place to avoid. Save your time and money and most importantly spoiling your mood. , Regarding our feedback four our experience in KYRO Lounge & Restaurant in Bahrain. After a recommendation from our friend we visited that lounge in 6-5-2022. The hosts and presenters have sophistication in dealing, but the security and supervisor on the first floor do not have any skills to deal with senior customers and visitors. our requests were the most orders in that night ,and we were enjoying of the services provided and the excellence in selecting drinks and shisha Introduction. Actually the manager was very classy and kind in dealing and creating an atmosphere of satisfaction, as well we appreciate employee Lina for its credibility and rapid response of customers aspirations, & we are aprthat the aforementioned security man and supervisor ruined the sweetness of this night, so I do not think that I will repeat the experience because there are other places that respect their visitors and with a better and higher quality level of service, By the way I have been traveling around the world , & visited different bars & lounge, I didn’t face this lousy style.
