Let's start with the not so bad part. The atmosphere was smoky because the exhaust system didn't work well. So, the "non-smoking" area, which is literally a step up, was still smoky. The next is the food. The food was bland. It even lacked enough salt. The waiter that served us had such a bad attitude. He wasn't even interested in being there. He told the seat behind us that the reason he didn't bring in one of their orders was because they were talking to each other, and he decided he wasn't going to listen to them. Like, wow. Customer service at its worst. Maybe it's not always this bad? I'd like to try it on a day when the place isn't in such a bad mood. But clearly, I'd appreciate an apology from the manager of this...

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The security guard at the entrance was not only extremely rude and unprofessional, but also clearly racist toward us because of our skin color. His behavior was aggressive and disrespectful, making us feel completely unwelcome.

What’s even more disappointing is that I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and this is how I was treated. Sadly, this place has now lost a long-time customer.

I truly hope management will take this seriously and terminate his employment to prevent losing even more loyal customers in the future. Discrimination and poor behavior should never be tolerated in any...

Went into the bar 730pm after moving from JJs Bar that was too dark for my liking. I was hoping for 5 star food and ambience. Ambience was good, food was very average...had the fish and chips, fish was greasy and the chips not crispy. Then tried to request for the chips to be changed, but 3-4 of the waitresses were busy talking to each other at the bar entrance after having raised my arm on several occasions. Eventually after I walked over to another waitress she said she would change the chips! Gave it a try after a friend recommended it....give it a go, but take...
