They should have focused on few things which could put great impact on delivering unforgetable customer experience...sometimes food supply get interrupted and they take significant time...once with me, staff lifted a half-filled drinks can with open hand covering on top with his fingers as garbage without asking...staff should be trainned to have better coordination among them specially customer facing...

their service is also great. customer relation officer laboni served us very well and she is very friendly.
