I was quite excited as usual seeing a new café opening in my neighborhood. I went to the place the next morning after their opening with a decent expectation as you’d have for any other coffee shop in the town.
But my excitement turned to absolute disappointment real quick. I went there to get a brunch and my morning coffee and to spend a couple of hours getting my works done.
Upon arriving, I wanted to order food but they told me the food menu is not available for another hour so I agreed to patiently wait and ordered an iced americano. To my utter surprise, they served me a steaming hot americano, and when I asked they said they put ice in that hot coffee. Once I explained how the iced americano is supposed to be made, they offered me a replacement but the coffee they served next can be ranked in the top 5 worst coffee in town. I always thought it’s very difficult to ruin a good old iced americano. So far it has been a safe bet for any new place.
Moreover, none of the staff knew the WiFi password, except the cashier who was missing all this time. They kept requesting for another 5 minutes to fetch the password which never arrived in the hour that I was there. To sum up, they ruined my entire morning, wasted an hour, and never took my food order. I left the place starving, annoyed, and missed a productive hour of work.
I understand that it’s a new café and they might need more time to figure these things out. In the future, I’m open to giving them another try and if that changes my mind, I’ll update the review. There wasn’t that much of a rush of the customers, but still they didn’t bother to give us any menu or kind of ignored us. After asking for it, their behaviour was kind of unprofessional. I could have ignored these for free services but when i pay 10% Service charge, i expect the service top notch.Even restaurants with no service charge provide better service. I saw some other reviews about their service,so i am not the only one. The tartar sauce was so bad.There was a bad smell of different oils. Price of different items seemed expensive comparing the taste. They keep sakura water bottle but only the small size is available (may be 250ml) I don’t know why there isn’t any 500ml bottle.
Liked the chicken puff. Blueberry cheesecake was average. Fish and chips were average too. Liked the wedges of the fish and chips. The coffee was good. Loved their interior. Their interior designer at least did a good job.

That's when we noticed the banner for this place and decided to go there. The interiors are really great. Both inside and the outside. After some time we ordered those meals.
Pineapple Fried Rice was served on a plate. The quantity was at least for two persons. It was sweet and sour. It could use some extra spice in it though, but that's okay as it was fine. It's normal fried rice with pineapple in it. But the taste was better.
Steam Fish with Lemon and Garlic was the curry which we ordered along with the rice.
