Coffee Express — Restaurant in Sylhet Division

I stopped by this café to get a coffee (and fast food restaurant). I ordered a cup of coffee, which was delicious and had a rich, chocolaty fragrance. This is where you should go if you want a cup of coffee to wake you up.

Coffee is offered both hot and cold here. It appears that the hot coffee we typically consume—like cappuccino and latte—is different from this. In contrast to the concoction of espresso, milk, and froth, the cappuccino is the ordinary coffee on their menu! But I was taken aback! The unexpected fact is that, in contrast to their hot coffee, their cold coffee selection is fairly extensive and well-liked.

The café has a really inviting and cozy ambiance. Groups, teenagers, families, and individuals can all benefit from it.

Pizza and sweets are among the fast foods they do serve.

The customer service was one of the negatives. The server ignored us as we placed our order and immediately began conversing with the group of folks seated across from us. It was totally unacceptable to the other group as well as to both of us! Additionally, other employees were on hand and might have intervened to address the other group. More outrageously, the other group wasn't ready to place their orders and wasn't calling anyone to take them, which was more crucial.

A comprehensive evaluation of the staff's customer service training may be necessary, as well as a review of the training for the person serving us. It would be really advantageous for Coffee Express and might possibly raise client satisfaction levels! I think the staff's training is insufficient since it's the wrong kind, and better training will help them develop their knowledge and skills. The staff's friendliness, decorum, and constant smiles are the cause of this.

My visit to Coffee Express was a delightful experience. Opting for the "Students Combo," I found the food to be reasonably good, with a satisfying blend of flavors. However, what truly elevated my visit was the inviting environment.

The cozy ambiance of Coffee Express created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable seating and friendly staff contributed to an overall pleasant dining experience. The decor and lighting added a touch of charm, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or catching up with friends.

Although the food didn't surpass expectations, the fantastic environment more than made up for it. The staff's attentiveness and the aesthetically pleasing setting made me feel at home. I would certainly recommend Coffee Express to others, particularly for those seeking a laid-back and enjoyable...

Went there for dine in, had some works on my Laptop. It was going well. Been there for like an hour. After 45 mins, I had two orders, consumed both while working on my laptop. Wanted to take a walk, went to the waiter, asked him for another regular cold coffee. He told me I was spending too much time (although I has not been an hour and I had ordered two items, costing me 600৳+.) He told me that he was warned 3 times but he didn't tell me as I was working. Had to pack up my things.

Additionally, It was not like they were out of tables for the other customers, there always were 2-4 empty tables.

Note: Do not go, if you wish to spend a while. For work and eat out? Absolute No.
