Mad grill is good for having meal such as for lunch or dinner. As it’s on the main point of nayasorok so you can catch it easily. Recommend... go and taste food and review if you like or want them to give any advice. Service is satisfaction. One of the best grill place in Sylhet. Loved their service and atmosphere out around. The Price was good enough in terms of fresh and quality savory. The ambience of this place was great, the waiters were friendly, the place was cozy and well lit. The food was delicious, especially the gravy and the steak. The fried rice was average. One of my family members ordered chicken and naan but the chicken was burnt, But nonetheless the manager was quick to notice and replaced the chicken free of cost. One of the quality restaurants in Sylhet. The interior is well decorated, not exaggerated. The sitting arrangements are also nicely managed. A promising place not to be missed. Great tasting food. The Peri-Peri chicken is of a good quality and I’m sure it’s baked in tandoor and not grilled. However, tender chicken and lovely array of sides. Tandoori dish was super but a little spicy 🌶, not really for the faint hearted. Unfortunately, part of the peri-peri chicken had gone off so not able to fully enjoy 100%. This place was recommended by one of my friend and hence when I visited to Sylhet from Dhaka, I stopped by to check it out.

The owner himself greeted me and my family. He was extremely polite and very patient. He personally served us and made sure every guest of his is comfortable and there are no complaints. The staffs were very polite as well, they are very good at serving.

Now coming to the food: In one word, it was delicious. The price wasn't high and the quality wasn't compromised. They have a wide range of thaali's as well. I personally liked their peri peri chicken; it was mouth watering. I also ordered their chocolate milkshake; it was good, although, I'd prefer if it was bit more thicker and more...

I've been to this place a couple of times now, mainly when I visit Sylhet. A hint as to how popular and good it is. Situated in the bustling area and very close to Nayasarak Point, I recommend being dropped off by Rickshaw, CNG, or car as I believe no parking is available. Very modestly decorated, a Turkish themed grill house, mainly consisting of a staff counter in a medium-sized room with plenty of bench seating, the same seating layout in two other areas/rooms and it also has what appears to be a small party room. It was just after 7pm when we went. However, within 30 minutes or so, it was full. Clearly, a popular meeting and eating location. We were welcomed and had the choice of choosing the table. The colourful menu has a very good selection kebabs, pizzas, salads and side dishes. Not forgetting the lassies and soft drinks. What I liked most about the place was, whichever dish you ordered, it is served and presented exactly as you see in the menu! Amazing!! Served hot and oozing with taste, texture, and spices it was delightful. Attentive service we were asked by both staff and management if we were enjoying the food, and we certainly were. I feel that additional Turkish decorations would make the atmosphere more comfortable and pleasurable and possibly adding Turkish tea would be worth while. Obviously with the caveat that tea cannot be served without ordering a main meal. Just a thought. Highly recommend a visit for a quick satisfying pit...

A party of 3 arrived approximately 2.5hrs before closing time and they said they only had two items left we could order (same old story) we ordered the half chicken and reshmi kebabs and some butter naan and 3 drinks and a fried rice (do not order) totalling 2000BDT (about £14)

The waiter brought the food over about 50 minutes later and there was no butter on the naan and the rice was literally drenched in their version of ketchup which was vile.

Waiter proceeded to state the kitchen hadn't put enough butter on and it evaporated (lol butter evaporated?) waiter was argumentative. Chicken was slightly pink inside and questioning it was pointless as they said it was the marinade. I avoided it but as I had already had a bite it was too late. Approximately an hour after leaving 2 out of 3 of us had severe food poisoning. Worst of all, just before Eid. The atmosphere was horrible, people complaining and the music from the speakers were embarrassing and inappropriate. The speaker it self was barely hanging on the wall and the sound coming out was high pitched and really annoying. Wash rooms are much to be desired for.

I'd give this place a zero if I could. Better off going to a local clean restaurant like Alpine or something. Complete rip off.

For context: we were really polite albeit frustrated. We left soon after food arrived.

P.S. I took the leftover in a parcel box for my maid's son. He's currently in the bathroom screaming from...

The first time I tried out their new Turkish-inspired menu, I must say I was really impressed with the food quality. Both the beef kebab and half chicken were fantastic. I was reluctant to order the chicken because I usually avoid broiler chicken in Bangladesh, but it was actually cooked to perfection—very tender and with just the right amount of Turkish spices, which made it very unique, not your regular grilled chicken. I also ordered Turkish sesame bread, which was a letdown. I also ordered hummus as a side, and it wasn't good either. Both dishes came with a roti underneath, and I would stick with that because it was actually very good. The seating arrangement could have been better. Their sofas had way too many stains, which affected the overall ambiance, in my opinion. They checked a few times to see if everything was good, which I really appreciated. The food prices seemed a bit higher, but it wasn't an issue for me because I'm used to paying three times as much for this kind of food in the US. But I was thinking of someone who is in budget but would like to try something different. Overall, the food was delicious, and that's all that matters to me. Hopefully, I can go back again and try out other dishes.
