The service at Seasons Grand was absolutely terrible. We went in as family of 10 - mix of adults and kids. First, they were dishonest. Second, the food consistently arrived over an hour late. Third, orders were frequently incorrect or missing items.

When it came time to pay, we handed over cash, but they refused one note due to a black spot. As visitors to the country, we received this money from banks or other shops, so it was unreasonable for them to reject it. Despite raising this issue, they refused to listen.

The situation escalated when a waiter (picture attached on the review) began recording us and the little kids without our consent, which is a clear violation of privacy laws. We repeatedly requested to speak with the manager, but our requests were ignored. When the owner finally arrived, they showed no willingness to resolve the issue, demonstrating poor customer service and communication skills.

They insisted we leave our phone number to follow up later, which we did, but the argument continued. To avoid disturbing other diners, we suggested taking the discussion outside, but they refused and continued to raise their voices. The owner then aggressively confronted a relative—the smallest person in our group—before shouting and squaring up to them. When I stepped in, he turned on me (a female), yelling and raising his hand as if about to strike. My family intervened, and we left.

Throughout the ordeal, we suggested calling the police to resolve the issue, as they refused to accept a single 1,000 taka note out of 13,000 taka while the rest of our payment was fine.
