West Coast Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Barbados

2023 update: This restaurant is no longer in operation (someone can correct me if I am wrong), another restaurant is at this location.

My partner and I went here on 03/26 as part of our culinary journey (trying food and drinks at a different restaurant at the end of each month). We ordered the calamari as a starter since it was highly recommended by our server. Unfortunately, we did not get her name but she had an excellent demeanour. I ordered the grilled pork ribs with herb mash and coleslaw while my partner had grilled pork ribs with grilled potatoes and steamed vegetables (see photos). Great live music, but the food and service were pretty poor. Our mains came out at different times, so we all ate separately. Never got my starter. Asked half a dozen times over 2hrs, but never got an answer or apology. The food we did get really wasn't great. The ribs were tough as boots and the pasta was weirdly sweet.
