So many good things happening here, not sure where to begin! After a chance meeting on the street one evening with the owner Tyrell, chef el professeur, we dropped in the next evening for dinner. We were greeted like old friends, chatted about anything and everything then he asked us what we'd like, in a general sort of way. While chef was cooking, we were treated to the last innings of a local cricket game in the adjoining park. And then our food arrived...swordfish, grilled cabbage and plantain...the glaze on the swordfish was absolutely delicious. We've never had fish that tasted this good and the plantain, so sweet and fresh (from the vendor beside Tyrell's tent). As we ate, we chatted some more with Tyrell but realized at the end, there was nothing to take a picture of other than an empty container and the cricket!

The food at Nomad Grill is awesome, delicious, tasty and finger licking good. Tyrell is such a professional and very friendly person. He would chat with you while preparing your food and let you know how he seasoned the meat/ fish. Tyrell has this amazing raspberry sauce that is to die for. The fish is always fresh and the plantain is so juicy and delicious along with the veggies. The crate is always jam packed and every time you order it is always full. The best place on the West Coast to have delicious and tasty food. Service is excellent and always on point.

"Great local food, from a friendly cook." Tyrell, who I had met earlier on my trip, welcomed me to try his cooking & I'm very glad I did. He prepared me a large portion of sailfish & chips "as he likes it". The fish was fresh fresh, seasoned & succulent. The side of chips & stir-fry added to the flavour town I was experiencing with each bite. Lovely. While cooking, Tyrell & I shared a drink as he told me about how he got into cooking & stories of growing up on the island. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I’d seen rave reviews for Nomad grill before heading to Holetown so was very keen to try out the food! One evening when walking back to our accommodation, my son and I bumped into Terell and could see how passionate he was about his food! Tonight we finally got to try it out. Firstly, when we wandered along and ordered we weren’t quite sure what we fancied or what would satisfy our one of our very fussy kids-no problem for Terell!! We ended up trying the grilled chicken, breadfruit and plantains. The food was phenomenal. I would happily eat his food every night of our stay!! Do not hesitate to stop by and try out...
