Caffe Mundi — Restaurant in Antwerp

Cafe Mundi is definitely one of Antwerp’s best coffee bars. We have tried their dark hot chocolate and cappuccino, and loved it ! A good recommendation if you’re craving for a little salty snack is their manchego sandwich, muhamara sandwich (vegetarian) or Serrano ham sandwich. The blueberry pie we’ve found a bit too dry and light on blueberry tasting.

We also tried their “red peppers with coco & ginger” soup and absolutely loved it.

Coffee (double shot flat white) and plain croissant were good, but pricey I thought at €7.20 takeaway for a place off the beaten track. I'd asked for a large, strong flat white and was asked back if I wanted two shots, which took me aback for a sec as the price hike for a large should include that. For today, @caffemundi_crossroast 🤍 Best filtered coffee so far. Don't try the almond croissant. You might want to eat 10.
