I had the worst experience ever since in Antwerp (I’ve been here for more than 4 times). Best to avoid this restaurant or you will receive a rude & low EQ answer such as “I say sorry but I don’t mean it” whenever you file a complaint there. Rudest restaurant owner ever.
Story: We came with a family group and we ordered the food only for parents - 2 dishes because we (the kids) had already eaten. When the restaurant owner served, she said “6 people but only 2 dishes, this is impossible, we don’t do that here”.
We were shocked by the way she said it yet we let parents eat the food since they were hungry. Us, their kids who didn’t want to eat because we were annoyed but still want our family enjoying the food, had to wander around the city to avoid their hostile service.
Later, I wanted to mention 3 things and then I gently gave feedback to the restaurant owner but she beats around the bush:
First, when we waited too long to be served by the servant, I came to order by myself at the counter because I empathized with the staff of how busy it was at that moment…. (Why didn’t employee advise us to order more because it’s not much?) - The owner didn’t give me any apology for that but keep saying like “ IF U ARE THE OWNER YOU WILL KNOW HOW HARD IT IS” - ???????????
Second, the menu didn’t mention clearly req. min. 1 dish/person, only one page mentioned a full course recommendation per pax (39,- p.p. I believe)…. - She said “YOU & YOUR FAMILY MUST KNOW IT BY SELF THAT PER DISH IS PER PERSON” when the price was 26€ per portion so we thought it’s big enough for parents to share. (kinda small portion in reality!)
Last one, I said could you please next time gently put the notes in your menu or try to approach customers way more friendly to upsale it?… - She let her emotions rolled over her tongue and said such things “what do you want me to do? Knees to apologize? OK I say sorry, but I don’t mean it. In Belgium here we are like this” - So you meant all Belgians are as rude as you? I don’t think so.
And to be mentioned, with 2 dishes + 2 extra sticky rice + drinks we pay 82€. Average pricey but we tasted the real sour service here.
I wish you bad luck with your future ma’am. I highly believe with your low EQ service, you will keep your restaurant in stable high-cost expenses and low-profit earnings in return. Cheers to the day your restaurant became...

My bf cannot eat chilli and they refuse to do without chili which also weird becus in Thaialnd you can make it without chilli.
If you see all my past reviews with other places, im really genuine with my experience and I think they should really take customer experience onto account to improve. I also got diarrhea after the food which I think it’s the pork.
Hope you can improve from this...
Read moreI visited the restaurant during dinner time (7:45 PM) and ordered a chicken wok (#29) and a “Ribeye beef” massaman curry (#46). Im really disappointed.
The beef wasn’t ribeye and the meat quality was awful. It looked like old meat and the texture was like leather. The potatoes had bad taste and It seems that it wasn’t a fresh dish at all.
For the second dish, the chicken was completely over cooked. I wasn’t alone at the restaurant, so my acquaintance shared the same bad experience.
Koodos to the waitress, as she is the soul of the place, but the food is totally not worth it. I ended up wasting 60 euros that I could have enjoyed in a...
