I ordered a spicy chicken dish on Monday 5.08.2024 on the machine provided. It rejected my attempt to pay with the message that there was a malfunction and I should try again. So I tried a second time and it worked. So I had lunch and it was only when I got home that I realized I had been debited TWICE.: at 12hrs31 and 12hrs32. I have complained on Monday 5/08/24 and Tuesday 6/08/24 on the website and telephoned today (7/08/24) but nobody seems interested in listening to me or acting on my complaint. I am beginning to think that the procedure is in fact intentional.. how to trick the consumer with a bogus message to rake in extra money. Will this message make a difference ?
