Apparantly I cannot give a NO STAR rating because this sytem requires at least one star to allow a review to be posted so I give one star just to be able to share my opinion. Let's start with the positive...price quality = so so. Now, to the service; the owner needs to decide if he wants McDonalds style or restaurant style. I think queuing to order and then having to queue again to pay is absolutely ridiculous. However, what's worse is being treated like an idiot for not understanding the child like drawing representatations of food that is depicted on the black board menu and the brash manner we encountered from the owner while ordering and, to compound my displeasure, brashness again when paying. Also, and maybe this is a personal querk of mine, the ventilation system in this establishment (albeit modern looking) leaves a lot to be desired...I like to eat Falafel but I certainly don't like my clothes to smell of it for the rest of the evening. Some might say this review may be over the top for a quick food stop outlet but, I think, if you're serious about staying in business (and not just in it for a quick buck) and actually care about what you produce then the service must also be an important factor to take into consideration...I certainly won't...
Read moreOn a Wednesday evening a group of young mothers decide to put their babies to sleep and have dinner in peace. We enter Falafeltof and order our food ( mind you: without any variation) just as it is mentioned in their menu. When it was our turn to get what we had ordered " the owner" so called face of the restaurant who couldn't handle the pressure of the customers which were flowing in, picked on us to pass his extremely racist comments. He had the audacity to tell us do not enter my restaurant. When we patiently stood in line to order our pita breads he told us on our face that there is no pita bread for you'll. We sat outside with the food we had in our hands. Tried to complete it. Then when we go to pay for our food again the devil horns come out and again he has the guts to tell us DO NOT ENTER my restaurant we don't need you... If restaurant owners don't know how to behave with customers in a rush hour and cannot handle pressure.... then probably you should not be in this business... .. I don't think anyone would like to be treated like this... I am never going back there again....Very very bad experience.......
Read moreFalafel Tof is everything you want in a falafel shop: modern, clean, delicious, and inexpensive! As of 08.12.2018, you can get a falafel sandwich, drink, and potato wedges for 9,90 (yes, potato wedges, not fries - and they're better!). As such, this place is busy at almost any time of day so it's good to know what to expect. You order at the register. If you order the sandwich, you'll be asked to take a seat and someone will notify you when you can come up to put your own toppings on. This salad bar is SO GOOD! The staff will bring you four delicious sauces: tahini, mayo, mango, and garlic & dill sauce, all of which are awesome. When you're done eating, you pay at the register. Beware though, the owner will remember you and any past sins (like having a husband that doesn't order anything but a drink and then proceeds to eat your fries!!)! If you're lucky and are eating there at closing time, the owner will invite you to take another pass at the salad bar. Do better than me and just play it cool. ;) Be sure to try the pickles and...
