Not sure if the volunteer idea is still there. We didn't see/read anything about that in any case. As a tea sommelier I was pleasantly surprised they have a tea menu. It was kinda weird that you have to ask for it, since it's just a laminated paper with perhaps 10 teas tops. Anyway, what actually bothered me is the choice of teas: either flavored blends/infusions, 1 Japanese green tea (in winter?) or 1 Indian black tea. Those are all very specific tastes and I didn't really get why they chose these. In the end I went for a hot chocolate milk, which was just heated Cécémel. I mean, some milk and some (Belgian) chocolate pellets are a lot more appealing. And we might've caught the person working there on a bad day, but I didn't really feel like they were very enthusiastic to be there. First of all, the interior design is unseen beautiful. The details and the colors are fitting so well, great job.
The coffee and latte were delicious, as well the cake which was not visible at the counter but you can just ask for that.
Also took a brie avocado sandwich and this was one of the most tasty sandwiches I had in my life. It is served as a crunchy ciabatta, and the melted brie combined with the magical sauce was to die for.
