Mama Mia — Restaurant in Antwerp

Terrible service. We arrived with the restaurant mostly empty. Were seated immediately with our order taken. Food (a pasta and a crepe) took over 45 minutes to make. We then placed an order for a dessert item (a waffle) while still finishing our main dishes, which also took over 45 minutes to make. I even paid the check while waiting for the dessert to be brought out because I didn't want to have to wait again to flag down the waiter (again, in an almost empty restaurant)

They also left dirty dishes piked up on every table. Other patrons who had finished meals and left, the waiters never came by to clean their tables (even an hour later when new patrons came in and needed those tables they were still dirty with used dishes).

Ordered a delivery and waited 1 hour. When I called the guy said it just left the restaurant, after 1 hour... They just opened when I called the order in. When I said I'm dissatisfied, he told me 'okay bye'. The only reason I'm ordering here is because they're the only ones selling kosher pancakes and cheese croquettes. That's the only food that I like from this place. If you eat in, you smell like fried food afterwards. I wish someone else would make this dishes or give...

Terrible service. I called to pre order, was told they there's a twenty minute wait. I came 30 minutes later and after being mucked about with for some time, I was told that there still serving people that ordered half an hour before me. I tried explaining that I've got a train to catch and can't wait so long, response was that if I can't wait then I should go. I had no more time to go elsewhere after wasting my time there,...
