I really enjoy the concept behind this place. The staff was super friendly, and ofcourse they get bonus points for the shopkeeper dog. It took a while for us to get our order, assuming because it was very busy the day we visited.

The chai latte was simply delicious and it comes in a massive glass, talk about a generous portion. The sandwiches are all priced between 14 and 18 euros. Pricy, but considering how generously they plate their dishes I find that the price is justified. I had the sandwich with Provolone cheese, zucchini, and truffle. It was served with some pickles on the side, which I wish they’d put them inside the sandwich. The taste was delicious and all the flavours worked well together, but it became a bit monotone towards the end because of the predominant saltyness. I found myself constantly reaching for the acidic spicy sauce my boyfriend got with his mortadella sandwich. An extra ingredient to break up the flavours would really bring this dish from...

What a treat! Especially so for the foodie who loves fermentation. Service here is super friendly, you can definitely feel - and taste - that these people love what they do with a lot of passion.

It makes me happy to taste culinary masterpieces like porkstrami or the 1000 islands sauce that comes with the reuben sandwich. Even if you're in for a good coffee you can find it here. We walked past a few times and always noticed a cosy, busy vibe so decided to have an early lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the novel choices of great food. (Dirty) Chai Latte was one of the best ever had, the portions are very generous, the quality outstanding.
