Kestè — Restaurant in Antwerp

We booked a table for three at 6 PM. We arrived in time. Got our pizzas 1 hour and 45 minutes later (!). Having read that Kestè is a Napoli pizza joint, we didn't expect to have to wait for ages to get oud food. Decided not to complain to the waitresses. 10 minutes after we got our pizzas, we were requested to urgently leave the place, because they needed our table for new customers. At that time, our six year old son had finished not even a quarter of his pizza. I politely told the waitress how long we had had to wait for our pizzas. Apologies would have been nice, but no. We immediatly asked for the bill, which reached our table within one minute (!). We paid. We left. I have been to Keste a few times with friends and often order takeaway since I live 5 minutes from the restaurant.

About the restaurant: It is Located in the city center of Antwerp, close to the Cathedral and the famous MAS museum. Very clean and cozy.

About the food: You cannot find better Pizza in Antwerp. I have been to Naples a few times, one of my favorite Italian cities, because of the food and the classical city, which makes you feel like you are in the 80s. Keste gave you that vibe, and the food gave you the same satisfaction.

Service: It was just perfect. I once booked dinner for 37 people at the restaurant. I had never seen that efficient service from a restaurant that has only 2 servers on duty but still gives us flawless service.

Keste Antwerp is a popular pizzeria located in the heart of the city. It has a small terrace that is perfect for enjoying a pizza al fresco on a warm summer evening.
