Tasty Delta — Restaurant in Auderghem - Oudergem

Waited 45 min for our meal to arrive (outside peak hours), they finally admitted they forgot to order the food. They suggested to wait 5 more minutes, it turned out to be 10 more minutes then when we wanted to cancel the food they offered to give us to take it away. We said ok but we should have not accepted as it was cold and wrapped like a cheap fast food meal. We asked if they will take that out from the bill as we waited for so long to finally take it away half cold, in fast food paper bowls, but the very arrogant lady said she cannot offer us the meal but maybe just the drinks! Took them 10 more minutes to wrap everything, we had to pay 55 euros for really nothing, just so so food served after 45 minutes, cold in a paper bowl with...

This is one of the places that is making money without having any ethics, only students are working, however, you should at least train them as you are trying to give them a platform for the future, but this is just to use the system and have low social charges. They have no understanding, of the menu and customer service. As these are elements that you teach and for people to work for prices are extremely high and quality is non-existent and this is the case for all of them and not just one as I have tried many different places

You can pick your deli/pastry outside of the main counter and queue your way to the paying counter which is also where you can order your drink/ coffee or pastry. The small tables for max 3 persons are arranged mostly near the glass wall b/w the shop and the mall-like walk way that is part of the hospital... the coffee is from a push-button multi-choice machine... overall, it is a bit like you are inside a souvenir shop with light music... most suitable for folks who like relatively soft ambiance. It 's fine with me... but...
