If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Went there for the first and last time ever.
We went there to have a drink. First we had to wait for our order to be taken. Then the waiter told me that I had to PAY IN ADVANCE before being served (I've never seen that anywhere else and I work in a restaurant). BIG ERROR OF COURSE!!!
We ordered 3 drinks (1 whisky sour and 2 mimosas) but the waiter made a mistake and ordered 2 whisky sours (the more expensive drink) and 1 mimosa and made me pay for it. When I realised his error and the manager came with the wrong drinks (don't recommend the mimosa by the way, too much orange juice for too little prosecco), I told him and he said he would take care of it. A BIG LIE.
He never gave me back my change and when I insisted for it he still wouldn't give it to me but instead came back with the bill and told me that I had to send an email with the scan of the bill attached and they would then reimburse me via bank payment because apparently they don't have cash at hand. (I wonder what do they do if you pay cash or give a tip?)
When I became angry and wanted my money back immediately (if I have to pay immediately, I want to be reimbursed immediately too), he simply disappeared inside. I followed him inside and brought back my drink as I didn't want to finish it anymore, he simply said that he couldn't do anything for me and that mistakes do happen. Of course I wasn't happy and showed my anger. Instead of trying to find a viable solution and to present his sincerest excuses, he had nothing better in mind than to INSULT ME by saying that I was "tired", that I of course was "perfect" etc.
Their ways of seeing things is that the client has to pay immediately but if they make mistakes it's not up to them but to the client to get his money back.

I told him that I was ordering through the phone and he gave me a weird look and went inside. Then he came back with the order missing a bottle of water so I kindly asked him to bring it. He brought a big water bottle although I ordered a 25cl one. Then he came back to ask me to pay again although I paid through the website and he told me that we only paid for the coffee. He didn’t believe me many times and wanted me to pay for it until I showed him the receipt and then he went back to bring the smaller bottle instead of the bigger one. Then he passed next to me and hit his foot with mine and told me to put my legs away although they were in my table’s area (knowing that the whole place had almost 8 tables out of many that were occupied meaning that there was plenty of space to move). At 22:25, me and a friend have finished our meal and started looking for a waitress to have a drink from the happy hour promo. There was no one there to ask, so I kept observing and, afraid I was gonna be late, at 22:29, I went to their bar at and asked for the drink, where I got told by a staff member that I needed to sit down and wait for a waitress at the table. 4 minutes later, still no one in the restaurant to ask for my drink, so that same staff member came to my table to get my order. I told her I wanted a double drink, but she refused, as it was already 22:33 (I checked). But I couldn’t make my order before because there was no staff in the salon.
