The customer service deserves a 2 star review. But the owner is a passionate. Hence the 4 stars. As often in Belgium, passion do not meet customer experience. The website and confirmation email warned us not to be later than 19h45 and upon arriving we learn that there is another show before and that they know the email is wrong but they cannot change it so we have to wait until 10pm. Nice place. Good atmosphere. One man show of one hour. The show runner is on a stage in front of his public who sit on round tables. You can order food and drink before the begining of the show at 9pm. We ordered the kocc burger and onion rings which were good and convenient. Happy hour from 6pm till 8pm. Entry 12€. Nice place to be for an event or a random evening...

Super endroit pour passer une bonne soirée !

L'endroit n'est pas très grand et crée donc une proximité entre l'artiste et le public très appréciable, mais on est donc toujours un peu en première ligne si l'artiste fait du crowd work 😁

Le service à table pendant la représentation est très discret et du coup très appréciable. Faudra juste demander au réseau Bancontact de prévoir un silencieux pour le "bi-bi-bip".

Pour le reste, l'équipe est très bienveillante et attentionnée, l'ambiance est très relaxe. Vraiment chouette.

Le prix des consos est franchement raisonnable. Peut-être un petit bémol sur le choix des bières, mais même si ça peut y ressembler, on garde à l'esprit que ce n'est pas une cave à bière 😉

PMR : les toilettes sont à l'étage et les escaliers étroits et un peu délicats. Ça peut le faire pour les PMR debouts, mais pour quelqu'un en fauteuil, impossible d'y accéder, donc mollo sur la bière. Par contre, possibilité de préciser la présence d'une PMR en achetant les places pour réserver une table...
