Myself my mother and father had a really bad experience here while visiting Bruges. I ordered a Americano coffee and asked for a pot of hot water to go with it as I like a weak coffee and so I wanted to weaken the coffee down with hot water I also asked for oat milk which I was willing to pay for but when I got the milk I didn’t have enough so asked for a small bit more, was told I be charged for another dash of oat milk and was also accused by the chef of bringing my own tea bag to the cafe and that’s what I wanted the hot water for, I don’t even drink tea!!! The chef did apologise after I explained to her why I wanted the hot water but before she gave me a chance to explain she just firstly accused me without asking and also was very hostile and made me feel like I done something wrong. Also my father was removing the menu from the table and one of the waitresses spoke to him like a bold child saying that it’s to remain on the table to act as a coaster to protect the table Staff were very rude, would not recommend...

I typically do not complain, but the food at Juliette was actually awful. We were so disappointed. The waffle was so dry and crusty that it disintegrated when trying to stab it with a fork. Wife couldn't eat it. It was literally inedible. Not possible to eat it without damage to the inside of your mouth. The hot chocolate was just a small glass of steamed milk. They give you chocolate chips to stir in for flavor. Tasted okay, but a very small glass with a 6 Euro price. The Acai bowl was actually laughable. Only a few blueberries and a couple of peanuts. Who puts peanuts in an acai bowl? It was as if they were scrounging around the kitchen for something to throw on the top of the pudding. Absent were bananas, coconut, chia, other fruit... worst presentation ever. Seriously, this is not good value at all for any of the items. The server was nice enough, but all in all... this was a 5 star price for a 1 star meal. A much better choice is "That Toast" just a short walk up the quaint...

Forget the soon to open Costa across the street and visit this very charming breakfast and lunch place, proprietor owned and operated. A very warm and personable welcome, very attentive service. Locals seem to frequent this place, which is always a good sign. For example, the local postman walked in, delivered the mail, and sat down for a nice coffee and a friendly chat with the owner. Everything is very well made, fresh juice, excellent coffee. Recommend getting the Rise & Shine breakfast combo (very good value). Pro move: add one or two sides (great scrambled eggs!) to make the two slices of rustic bread work that come with it. The bread seems very robust at first, but it‘s surprisingly light. Best thing: the home made strawberry confiture. Will...

7 August 2025 oh my word what a find!!! I walked past yesterday and now I'm so sorry I missed another meal here. What an exceptional little place. From the moment the lovely waitress greeted me, so friendly and fullnof a lovely energy, she suggested some breakfast dishes and changed a drink to my liking. Fast service, clean lines, clean kitchen a quiet...ish lane, all tables were occupied. I had the granola, yoghurt and red fruit bowl and the way it was presented was everything to me. The warm drink had chocolate at the bottom and a dash of coffee that I asked for , given with a tiny piece of cake. Just perfect in every way

Excellent coffee shop/cafe located just off the main street near Salvators Cathedral. Our family stopped for a late breakfast prior to our days activities. We ordered a selection of food between us which were all local, fresh and very tasty. I had the omelette and bread but with a side order of the ham, local cheese and brie combo. Made for a nice filled omelette which was washed down with a chai latte and banana juice (read smoothie). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This place was very busy so perhaps attend a little earlier than the 1030 we attended to guarantee a table. It's well worth the visit.

Went for Breakfast. It gets very busy with people being turned away. We had the 'rise and shine' with 'A perfect morning' which we shared and was enough to last us through to lunchtime. Only two people serving so there was a bit of a wait to order but worth it. Its more of the continental breakfast place rather than 'English Breakfast ' the food is fresh and tasty 😋 with good portions which is why we shared the order. I recommend a visit especially if your hanging as the coffee seems to be just the cure 😉
