While the drinks remain fantastic, the food is a definite no. Come for the atmosphere and beverages, but eat elsewhere; I’ve visited this rooftop bar several times for their cocktails and mocktails, which are always excellent. The vibe is charming, and the view is stunning. However, this time we decided to try the food, and it was a major disappointment The Pinsa Regina tasted like a frozen pizza. The dough, particularly the bottom, was undercooked-moist and almost watery. The Brugge oud cheese balls were clearly frozen and lacked flavor . The chicken karaage was inconsistent :/ some pieces were chewy, while others were overcooked. The most disappointing dish was the Macedonian minced beef (qebapa); it was so tough that even cutting it with a knife was a struggle. For a dish that’s supposed to be tender and flavorful, this was a letdown. While the vibe remains cute, and the drinks continue to shine, the food was such a disappointment that I wouldn’t recommend dining here. Stick to the drinks and enjoy the view!

Discovered last year by accident, it had not long opened and we had a great (if cold) time on the roof terrace, we had great drinks, great service from the Ukrainian lady serving us she supplied blankets and made sure we were ok the whole time, food was… questionable but said we’d re-visit this year. I have to say apart from the actual venue overlooking the church and a little of the surrounding Bruges, we were disappointed, the guy serving seemed too focused on enjoying a smoke than serving and the drinks were disappointing, I’d go as far to say they are not serving what is advertised, aperol spritz, all aperol and spritz and no Prosecco as it was VERY watery with no taste of anything but Aperol and my drink/cocktail was very ‘one sided’ Shame as this had REAL potential, but now seems to be another ‘tourist trap’. Would not recommend as much as some other places we visit.

We made a reservation online for 8 PM and arrived right on time. The terrace was almost empty, with just a couple of occupied tables, and we kindly asked to sit outside, which was no problem at all. A lovely Ukrainian waitress served us, she was really friendly and attentive. We ordered the wild boar ribs and the steak, and then something happened that I’ve never experienced before - our food arrived in ONLY four minutes! Everything was tasty, the boiled potatoes were fantastic, and the salads were fresh and delicious. However, around 8:30 PM, as the terrace started to fill up, we began to feel a bit of pressure from the male waiter who was quite aggressively rearranging tables, clearly eager for us to leave and free up ours. It made the end of our dinner a little uncomfortable, even though we had just ordered another drink.
