Was there during the lunch break of the walking tour. First tip-never pick that place if you are on a tight schedule!!! We sat and immediately tried to order because we had just one hour but the waiters were more interested in their phones than their actual work. And only one waiter actually spoke English- he was sent to communicate with foreign tourists. All the others were just bringing the plates. So half of our time there was taken by the slow waiters and the other half was us worrying if we are going to be on time- overall unpleasant feeling of having to shove the food in your mouth rather than enjoy it. Food itself was not great, not terrible. But incredibly expensive! Small portions, nothing special for the money you pay. Bathroom in a bad condition and dirty … the best thing there is the pretty lawn with the birds. Overall a waste of time and a waste of a lot of money!!! Don’t...

We went for the 3 course lunch menu which was at reasonable price for Bruges. The one starter was reasonable (melon/ham) but the cheese crocket was like a frozen snack from the supermarket that was heated up in an air fryer. The main was barely okay and only two very thin slices of roast pork supplemented with lots if not too many fries to make up for the lack of meat. The dessert was decent. Inside the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were friendly. On a side note the cost of bottle water is excessive as it is close to $6 for 500ml! The rest of the drinks menu was also expensive compared to other places.

To be fair to this establishment , it is actually difficult to find anything better in Bruges for lunch notwithstanding ratings on the internet. Generally the restaurants we came across in Bruges are average to poor in the $40-50 per...

The Location and ambiente of this restaurant is lovely, although they miss the potential of good service by their waiters who literally sleep standing. The food was quite good, i am just happy we didn't have to cook it ourselves. The lady who served us prefered to sit around, smalltalking with her colleague and scroll on her phone. A missed opportunity to lead a good restaurant clearly here. Lacking the ability to ask the customer if they wish something else instead of just a main dish and drink (coffee, dessert, or even a digestive... yes that exists after) proves me the poor interest of their job they are suppose to do. Oh and they definitely should fix the flush of the toilets!!! Sad, It looked very promising. Plus it was empty we had the restaurant for ourselves. I guess, I was blind for...
