We had high hopes that this place would be good due to the reviews, but we were disappointed. We ate a sharing pasta meal here for lunch. It has its potential, but probably its market is students or low-budget tourists - hence, the food quality.
Pros: The pasta serving is quite big, and is unlimited depending on the meal type you will get. We liked the bolognese sauce - very flavorful. The prices are affordable. The restaurant has a lot of tables/seats, and is quite spacious. The restaurant design is nice and hip.
Cons: The pasta is not al dente. In my opinion, if you are a pasta establishment, having al dente pasta should be a standard. When we requested al dente, they could not provide it due to them just following their cooking procedure. Avoid choosing capellini as it's going to be slightly mushy. Their pasta sauces were average (aside from bolognese). The cheese lover lacked salt. 1 young staff seemed new and a bit shy. Maybe that's why she could not answer us immediately when we were asking...

Very clean Friendly and polite service from all of the staff Clean Nice outdoor dining in a courtyard, not too loud
The negatives:
45+ minute wait for two spaghetti dishes
Very expensive for what you get
Pasta is far overcooked - it was falling into pieces and had to eat with a spoon, you can see this in the photo
There is an upcharge for gluten free pasta in addition to the extra charge already on the dish.
On some gluten free dishes ingredients without gluten are also removed. For instance, the AiR Canara is a gluten free version of the Canara, but without mushrooms, chives or fresh cheese like that on the regular dish. The dishes look very different- we wonder if some of the sauces are just mixes or from a jar.
The food is very salty.
The egg shell in which the yolk for one pasta was delivered was not clean on the outside- not nice on...
Read moreFreshmade spaghetti restaurant. Usually, I make traditional bolognese myself and their bolognaise was really similar and even gave me good memories from my childhood. The quality price ratio is correct (15€ for a spaghetti bolognese). If you still hungry after that, a good White Lady Ice cream (8.5€) will conclude the experience perfectly.
Toilets are really clean. The building and the restaurant is beautiful and modern. Served in a quarter.
Only reason I didnt gave 5 stars : even having really good spaghetti, I didnt found a really original spaghetti receipe on their menu to make the experience unforgettable.
To summerize : dont hesitate if you want a good meal, nothing fancy but...
