From the moment I dropped by I felt the magic of the place, Harry Potter style, cozy tea room under a clouded sky, embraced by winter. 🍵 Surprised by the fact that they do not accept cards and understood that small traditional businesses run their own way.. with incredible products 🏅✍🏻 Every tea cup or hot chocolate (you should try this one) is offered along with artisan cookies, bonbons and cream. 💙 Curiously, I'm intolerant to lactose and didn't ask for mine, milk was super tasty and felt great. 🥛 Breton cake and cookies were outstanding, and vanilla ice-cream was a Whoa! 🍰 Classic music cupping the scene and a cozy feeling of home that doesn't leave you. 🖼️ Apart from all of that, there are many locals visiting, this one among a long street filled with other cafés. ☝🏼 My dearest appreciation to the family that treated us so well.

This is basically the best waffles we had all over belgium even much better than other famous Brussels spots, the waffles were very crispy had a rich flavor, the chocolate sauce felt like actual melted chocolate not a syrup like most other areas, the whipped cream also was very rich. Cappuccino is great and you get 4 chocolate biscuits samples with it along with whipped cream without extra charge. Service is very good and the place is cozy, definitely a must visit when you are in Bruges. Also they have decaf options

I am usually not fan of sweet flavors and not a big dessert fan. For some reason I was attracted by the beautiful scones I saw through the window. Once inside, I saw a Nice (last piece) apple pie. Without a doubt, I ordered it. It was sweet and a bit sour (which I loved!) and the hot chocolate spectacular. If you want a nice hot chocolate, a cup of tea or a coffee, don't hesitate to come inside and order any of their desserts. All worth trying to

Whilst on a day trip to Bruges with 3 special friends we visited this establishment for High Tea to belatedly celebrate my retirement. I booked this for 2.30pm after being advised by the coach company who we were using for our day trip that we would be departing from Bruges at 4.30pm or 5pm. On one of the hottest days of the year we arrived in Bruges to be advised that we were now leaving at 4pm! We went to the tea-room at 12pm and asked if it would be possible to have our High Tea a little earlier. We were warmly welcomed and invited to stay then if we wanted to. We were led to a table at the back of the tea-room which was already laid with beautiful crockery and advised that they would need 10 minutes to bring the tea out. The room was lovely and cool and air conditioned as they knew that we would be hot when we arrived. The High Tea was amazing and all of the staff working were very attentive from the initial booking until the moment we left with some beautiful cakes in boxes as there was far too much for us to eat whilst we were there. I cannot rate this establishment highly enough and I am looking forward to visiting it again later in the year. The kindness of all concerned saved my celebration thank-you...

EXTREMELY RUDE WAITRESS!!! When asked if we could order she answered rudely with a very aggressive tone. She said:" It is very busy you have to wait!!". Of course we would have waited! If it is busy it is normal that you have to wait, but if you work in customer services you cannot talk to people like that! We left immediately after being spoken like that and we told to the waitress that we were leaving because of her rudeness, but she answered :"this is how it is when it is busy". I have been to busy restaurants where I had to wait for even an hour before receiving my order, but I have never being talked...
