An absolute gem and THE place you need to eat if you're heading to Bruges.

We booked here for the 5 course taster for our 10th anniversary celebrations. We've done a lot of tasting menus over the years and this by far our favourite. The service was beyond amazing, the wine was perfectly matched, and the food was delicious. I think I witnessed my husband finding a new plane of existence when eating the scallops.

They were kind enough to bring some complimentary appetisers before the first course, and sweet treats with our coffees too. It was all so well thought out, really well paced and just all-round amazing!

Coming to Bruges, it's easy to get overwhelmed by all the food around in every corner. I only stayed for for days, so I wanted to make sure the meals I had reflected there best Bruges offers.

I was not disappointed.

I was delighted by this extraordinary culinary experience. Every course brought an innovative combination of flavors, beautifully set-up to be experienced by sight, smell, taste and texture.

The restaurant presents a very intimate setting with a small number of tables and the service was impeccable, explaining every dish and its ingredients.

The service was very professional and kind, the waiter knew his stuff and served us with pleasure. The food was delightful, we both took a fish dish, however, perhaps more on the salty side. You must try the white wine selection and chees for dessert. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed, we were seated far away from other clients (which is a good thing of course). The only downside was that we came in 10 min. Early, expecting to perhaps already order an aperitif, but we were send away to return and be seated 15 min. Later. I would certainly recommend people to come here...
