I was looking for a cafe near the atomium that is not touristy, not expensive, feels local and cosy. I found all of this at Cafe PLATO. Had a nice 🍺 beer to start with then stayed for a 🍜 pho to warm me up and a ☕️ coffee to wake me up. They even have a bunch of board games that you can use and a full wall of books.
