EXKi Schuman — Restaurant in Brussels

Very dirty inside. The visitors are supposed to throw away garbage after they eat but many of them either don't know it or don't care. When we walked in, there were 3-4 vacant tables, but all of them were covered with tons of garbage. We had to clean it up because it was raining outside and we wanted to eat. Then we purchased soup which was good and macaroni which were cold. The cashier (female with short black hair) said we were supposed to eat it cold. When we finished eating it cold (which was not good), I noticed there was a microwave near the garbage bin. Why did not the cashier tell us? No one knows! Also, the toilet is horribly dirty! Nice place to get a coffee or sandwich. However, during peak hours it's really noisy and crowded. Update: I reserved a Too-good-to-go bag for Saturday and I arrived during the pick-up time. However, the shop's door was closed/locked, with noone in sight. After a few minutes, two lazy employees came out from a back room. I knocked on the door, shook the door handle and finally they let me in. They had already cleaned the floor and were getting ready to leave some 15 minutes before the official closing time, which is 17.00. They weren't happy with my remarks. I had the worst customer service experience ever. I came around 13.09 H.There was a middle-aged lady who looked Asian at the cashier in the restaurant. I came to use the toilets, and that rude lady at the cashier gave me a lot of attitude. Employees who don’t know anything about customer care should be fired for being so unfriendly. I couldn’t understand her accent, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she got mad at me for no reason. Why are people like this working in a European country?
