BON Schuman — Restaurant in Brussels

I first ordered a cappucino with soja milk and received one with regular milk. It was replaced. Then, the cappucino with soja milk did not taste good (the milk tasted sour). I went to the counter to report. Surprisingly, even without verifying what could have gone wrong, they just balanced a resounding "C'est impossible, madame".

They did not check the recipient where the milk was being heated up, or tasted my coffee, or whichever verification they might have gone through. Just "the deadline is not expired and the box was opened today", as if those were sufficient arguments. I call that a DREADFUL...

الخدمة سيئية جدا وخاصة بتاريخ اليوم الأربعاء 27/02/2019 وخاصة من الآنسة التي تعمل هناك طلبت شرب كوب كابتشينو و كوب لاتية وابلغت بأنني سأكون بالداخل تفاجأت بأن تم وضع الطلبات باكواب ورقية ورفضت ذلك وكانت تتدعي بأنه لايوجد اكواب وعند اشارتي لها بالقرب من ماكينة القهوة قلت لها هذه هي الاكواب ومن ثم قامت بسكب القهوة التي بداخل الاكواب الورقية بالاكواب الفخار ورفضت ذلك وطلبت منها ان تعمل لي قهوة جديدة من جديد ورفضت ذلك وحضر زميلها وأصلح الموقف وقامت بعمل القهوة وللأسف كانت سيئة المذاق جدا ولم استمتع بها وأيضا كانت طريقة التقديم سيئة للغاية الاكواب وصينية التقديم متسخين الموظفين باسل وماري. The service is very bad especially with the date of Wednesday 27/02/2019 especially from the lady who works there I asked for a cup of cappuccino and a latte, and I was told I'd be inside. I was surprised that the orders were put in paper cups and I refused, and she was claiming that there were no cups, and when I saw her near the coffee machine, I said, Her these are the cups and then she poured the coffee inside the paper cups with pottery cups and rejected it and asked her to do me a new coffee again and she refused to attend her colleague and fix the situation and I made coffee and unfortunately it was very bad taste and did not enjoy it and also the way of presentation is very bad except you The August and the rendering tray are dirty staff...

Stopped in out of curiosity and couldn’t help but go for a fruit smoothie and I am so glad that I did! I opted for La Vie en Rose (Strawberries, Mango, Apple and Orange) which was delicious and all freshly prepared when ordered. Reasonably priced and exactly what I needed on a hot Summers day.
