Worst service i've ever had in my life! It started with weird vibes when i came in. I got asked to pay before i got my coffee, i think they were afraid that customers would run after drinking their coffee. Which made me feel unconfortable already. I ignored that, thinking that the waiteress might be having a hard day. Then, i asked for the wifi password, i got it after a while and i asked for the name of the wifi. But the waitress couldn't understand that with a password i also need a name. She started yelling and talking to me in a really rude way. I asked her to calm down she just ignored me and turned her back, the boss saw what was going on and he didnt make any reaction. I am a waitress myself and i never do that to my customers, i always try my best to make them leave with a big smile on their face. To be honest this experience ruined my day somehow, but am trying to get the good...

We arrived at 1130, ordered our food at 1200 for what we hoped would be delicious. Waited over an hour for the food to come out. Waitress was avoiding our table and questions regarding wait time. Other patrons left in frustration over their forgotten meals. Waitress blamed new chef, couldn’t give us a wait time while people who ordered well after us dinned around our table. Terrible service, not a nice welcome to Brussels. Turned our first day into a dissapointment. Awful service no explanations or apologies given. 100% would not return, would not waste...

Now listen... . Irish in Brussels for the first time with my french wife...Lots of places to eat and take one of those Belgian beers....But this place has it all ....Food...109% quality....Beers ....more than you can choose...and the staff are a reflection of the owner.....just simply very very professional and welcoming... really a good experience, we'll situated, magnificent inside.. great place 100%👍...and highly recommend.... enjoy you stay lads...Brussels is a...
