I have mixed feeling. You can really that they tride their nest but weren't successful. Museum it's about your personality and you get to know which type of animal are you avross the "game" in museum. It looks nice and the are really doing great job but on the other side can be a bit to confusing. I was in a group when person was talking in 3 languages, which is hat down for all the adaptivity to all perople in a group. She spoke great in belgium, dutch and emglish languages. The problem was that sometimes she changed from one to anozher languages to quickly and the expenations in a beckground of one or two rooms could be bigger sith side story that you know what to expect in a next room. Whem you are acroos all room you get a great story and you can easily connect together all the peacies of different rooms. Some people strugled with reading questions in firat room and but fo majority it's ok but if you are dislexyc and need slightly more time to read the text other people are waiting on you which can be preasuer and you answer accidentaly a bit wrong one or two question. Simmilar was in last room where you need to write sometimg and if you have a lot to write people are again waiting and because for eaxample me I forgot to write one or two more importamg thing. Rooms could had less cold and could be more warmer because AC is working a bit too much. Have in minde if you start at one specific hour that you will start maybe 25min later that you came for specific hour. Averall is would put for creativity 4, foor adaption 4 but for undertandable game 2. I would recomend you to know if you don't know your animal spirit. Have a luck amd nice game in museum of gettimg your annimal spirit for the future.

This is the worst 19euros I spent in my entire life. This experience capitalized on our hyper individualistic society « discover the true you », consequence of the New Age culture that tells each of us that we are unique, amazing and we HAVE to be happy. Funny thing though, we all get categorized in only six groups. Since there is only 10 questions it has to be simple. Each group is associated with a popular animal (5 mammals and one raptor), once again marketing at it’s best. The first room is decent, the third one too. The other four are completely useless, with low interaction, bad technology. Basically they are stalling time because the experience is supposed to last one hour. I’ve been to several expositions about introspection and understanding ourselves. It can be so much more. It can feel so personal. This isn’t it. In addition to all that, I believe it must be a nightmare to work there. Our host (which was amazing) has to be intense, happy, responsive at all time. Translate everything (French, English and Dutch), smile and even dance in a rabbit outfit at the end. His job is the worst possible incarnation of the society of the spectacle. In addition to all that, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. The company running this place has so much space (7 big rooms + the hall + cloakroom) and so much money (the technology there is quite expensive)… it would be so much better in the hand of a theatre company, a curator, or an escape game with good writing. Run away.

The museum of infinite realities is a guided tour find your guide animal by answering questions and making decisions on the journey. A light and sound immersive experience. The tour starts every hour and takes about an hour. We could buy tickets directly at the entrance (47,80Euros for 2 adults). The restrooms are a bit hidden, directly opposite site from the round main desk, right handside from the stairs that take you upstairs. The guide was had very clear voice and spoke in both English amd French. She was super charming and easy to follow. At the end of the journey your guide animal was disclosed via audio in the last video show and after this you could take a picture in the room with the wishing well where your photo was combined with the guide animal. To receive the picture via email we had to buy the picture as print for 15Euros (I think we gave this experience one star more if there would have been a cheaper option for this). At all it wasa great experience and we enjoyed it. Very recommendable, especially when you like immersive and reflective experiences!

This was quite a disappointment, you pay almost 20 euros for a 1-hr (rushed) experience. You will be asked a number of questions to let you know about your spirit animal but that's it.. it's mostly for kids but if you're an adult it's just nice to take some photos but not worth 20 euros.

I have been to Teamlabs Planet in Tokyo, Japan and the ticket price there is 22 euros with a much more interactive and great experience and I spent almost 2hrs there!

The staff were absolutely phenomenal and super nice though, they were lovely, friendly and accommodating, especially our host Nisrin. If there's rain in Brussels and you want to be indoors for an hour and spend 20 euros then go for it! Otherwise, spend your time and money somewhere else..don't expect much.

PS. In the first room, it was so difficult to follow when the host switches between French and English, you have to listen super focused because there was an echo in the microphone and you couldn't understand when she switches so fast between French and English. You have a feeling you're being rushed to complete the rooms in 1hr. The host speaks so fast, you need to leave the room about the animals in 10 minutes, (I only managed to listen to 2 animal profile). The speaking speed of the host does not match the voice of the pre-recorded guide in the rooms (speaking very calmly and not rushed) Perhaps...
