Wolf food market — Restaurant in Brussels

I come here a lot with friends and family but unfortunately I have to mark this restaurant emporium down based on what happened at the bar today. We arrived at just before 12, when the restaurant opened. We ordered our food from 3 different restaurants in Wolf as well as 1 large bottle of water from the bar as 12.01, so before many people had arrived to Wolf. We received text messages saying our food was ready but still no message from that bar to say the bottle of water was ready. I thought maybe the text had just not come through and so went to the bar to check. When I arrived a girl who appeared to be in charge was behind the bar, holding a large bottle of water so I asked was that mine and held up my phone to show that I had ordered it. At this time she rudely and curtly said that as I had not received a text that I had to go back to my seat and I was not to come up again. I had been waiting for over 10 minutes by that stage for a simple bottle of water. I said this and was told again not to come up again. By the time I approached my seat the message went off to say to collect my water, the same water she had been holding at the bar. This was at 12,15 so it took 14 minutes to prepare a bottle of spa water. At that stage I went up, took the bottle and said that the waiting time considering we were one of the first to arrive was unacceptable and was told by the girl that there were plenty of other orders ahead of me (there were very few orders on the bar and I ordered at 12,01 given the restaurant opened as 12 that is simply impossible) and if i wanted better service I should not order on the app provided by Wolf itself. She was unbelievably rude and spoke incredibly abruptly to me, to the point where other people at the bar were looking over at what was happening. She kept on gesturing at the till saying I should have never ordered through the app in the first place if I needed the water - then what is the point of the app!!! As i have said I previously went to this restaurant a lot because I liked the food and it had enough space for me and my friends and family, but I cannot see myself returning any time soon when I am treated with such unbelievable rudeness and made to feel that it is completely appropriate that it take 14 minutes, longer then it takes to prepare food, to provide a bottle of water and that I should not use the app provided by Wolf, that worked perfectly well for the restaurants where I ordered food from but seemed to be a massive inconvenience for the bar staff. If the girl had once said simply that they were busy, that they had perhaps missed the order originally, that would have been fine, I would have understood, but the way she spoke to me and rudely dismissed me, telling me to sit down while holding my order was just unacceptable. I cannot see myself unfortunately returning here any time soon or if I do I will be ordering nothing at that bar while people who are this gruff and rude are employed there to deliver sub...

I decided to visit this place based on a TikTok recommendation upon arrival I was able to walk around the food court and select from four different restaurants as it was me and my sister visiting and we decided to share a few meals. After finishing our meal, we decided that we wanted something to drink. We came across this one juice Restaurant by the name of MIX this is why I decided to write a review in the first place. The lady that was serving us spent the first five minutes unpacking items occasionally looking at us while we’re standing there did not say hello or give a heads up that she would be assisting us, finally once she finished packing away her items she decided to take her orders. Of course this was done with an attitude. my sister ordered a freshly squeeze the orange juice, and I also ordered a bubble tea. This was one of the worst bubble tea I’ve ever tasted in my life. I basically took one sip and I asked her. Why does it taste like the milk is spoil or The syrup I asked her for a refund immediately. She says no she already had charged us so I told her I don’t want it anymore. She can keep the money and I will leave the drink on the counter instead she instructed me to put the drink away by where they collect all the dirty trays she did nothing to fix the issue as a customer who was willing to give the money to the company she did not even apologize and when I asked for a straw in the first place to drink the bubble tea with she says they no longer have them so the question was how am I supposed to even drink the bubbles as this was a part of the whole experience. Is an imitation, not worth your money. The rest of the restaurants are a five star but MIX is a zero star. Avoid...

Plump: Bad fries, barely ready, almost underfried, no potatoskin: nothing like the image which was with skin and very well fried. McDonald's fries are better for what it is. It took longer than dims baos so maybe it was busy but that also does not explain the skin missing. Would have rather ordered the sweet potato fries from Eaters.

Dims: Purposefully picked 2 baos that did not mention koreander. Both came with coriander. The top is mostly meat that constantly falls out and when you get to the bottom there is only colder veggies left.

La Piola Pizza: Nice pizza but we waited more than 30 min and still didn't have a notification. When we went to check the pizza was already there. Did not just come out as it was already cooled down. When we were done eating it the message came to pick up the pizza. You cut yourself with the pizza cutters that everyone touches so maybe that is not the most sanitary.

Vincent Dennis: Amazing balls Mix of 6 pearls: order minimum of 3x2 but you can only choose 3, each once: so false sense of choice. And those 3 are the same ones from the classic mix and that is cheaper. Employee seemed very knowledgeable and seemed to give good advice also sometimes for a better combo that was cheaper.

Wolf: Awesome lemonade glasses. Very cheap feeling cutlery. Niceley designed place. +- Nicley designed toilet. Gave me Twin Peaks vibes with the vintage chair and b&w design. However a bit run down and the toilet door where I hung mu stuff on the hook...
