The worst customer service in Brussels! No respect for clients' orders or time. I placed an order for pastries for breakfast with them and on the day I went to pick it up, they told me they had not included half of my order as they did not have ingredients delivered. Even with the rest of the order, they said, 'pick from what you see' meaning they had not even bothered to pack anything for me. And the pastries available looked measly and crushed. They also had my phone number and could have called me but chose not to and I had to find out on the day of my event. The staff was not apologetic and I do not regret walking out and finding a bakery that respects...

The worst service i ever see in my life. The service girl didn’t even ask u for take in or take out she just want to finish early and gives u ur drink for take away but the closing timing on goggle is 6:30pm i went at 4:15pm Normally we can buy one piece of cake but here the lady don’t want to cut it because She wants to use it for next day i told her that in every paul we can buy 1 piece or 2 of cake instead of full cake but she said i can’t cut now because nobody had this from the morning soo if i cut it now i can’t use it for tomorrow. Ordered catering for an event and all parts of the process was very smooth (ordering, picking it up, paying etc). The order was assembled nicely and pleased all attendees. Would strongly recommend for catering. Their pastries (raisin snails, pains au chocolat, gourmandises, etc) were delicious. Their sandwiches (smoked salmon, brie, and vegetarian ones) are delicious and well balanced. The plain croissant isn't the rich pure beurre you'd find in France. Coffee isn't from an espresso machine...
