WENT TWICE IN A ROW = TOO DELICIOUS

I found this restaurant due to its extremely good Google reviews and I wanted to try it out as well.

Reasons for 5 STARS: My highlight ⭐️ was definitely the QUALITY of the fish, ginger & wasabi - salmon was melting in my mouth literally, self-made wasabi and very fresh ginger (WOW) the “amount” of fish or let’s say SIZE of the sushi itself for the price - extremely fair the love to detail (see pictures and videos) UNIQUENESS of menu - many of the variations I’ve never seen somewhere else so it was very special DIVERSITY of menu - choice between warm sushi, Philadelphia, tempura, unagi, sashimi, & more Last but not least: very hard working staff + super kind !

First time experience:

free snack: crab chips main: Philadelphia Salmon, warm roll shrimp, gold dragon drinks: ice tea & Coke Zero Total 🏷️: (not sure of the exact total since my friend paid - shoutout to her)

Second experience:

no free snack this time (I guess because we went late and crab chips were gone) main: green dragon, Philadelphia scallops, unagi salmon & Tokyo eel drinks: melon juice, green tea Total 🏷️: ~ 56€

FINAL STATEMENT: I can definitely RECOMMEND this restaurant if you’re looking for special, affordable and extremely delicious Sushi ! However, if you want an authentic Japanese sushi experience, it’s far from that.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The sushi was absolutely delicious, with generous portion sizes—so much so that we even had to take some home. The service was excellent and very pleasant. The staff gave us great recommendations and took the time to ask about our preferences, which made the experience even better.

Update after 2 years: I noticed that the size of sushi rolls reduced, the price increased, and the taste is not as good as 1-2 years ago (perhaps they changed their chef?). Especially the optipns with smoked fish in sushi rolls def did not taste good. In any case, the taste is still overall ok, but no longer as good value for the price they charge now compared to some competitors, in my view. Excellent quality sushi! The presentation is beautiful.
