Mout — Restaurant in Damme

Discovered it by chance when we were cycling along on Friday afternoon and were able to make a reservation on Saturday. Cannot recommend it enough. We had a wonderful evening with excellent food and drinks. We chose the menu and will remember it for a while. A great atmosphere and very lovely welcoming and attentive people were taking care of us. Thank you! Also the cycling routes along the canals are so comfortable and safe to reach it even over distances of 15 kilometers and more. One of the highlights of our trip to Bruges was taking the canal boat up to Damme and having lunch at Mout. We ordered the prix fixe menu, and everything on it was incredible! My wife is not able to eat goat cheese, so they were accommodating and kept it out of one of the dishes that normally has it.

There were so many incredible flavors and fresh ingredients, we really wanted to go back to see what the next menu would be since it rotates...
