Once great, now terrible
We ordered cocktails to start Nachos with pulled pork as starters Grilled salmon and cote a l'os
The workers speak only french in a dutch part of the country so they misunderstood.
We waited an hour for our 'starters'. Which then came with the salmon plate but without the cote a los. So they mistook it for a main course EVEN THOUGH ITS LISTED AS STARTER ON THE MENU...bruh
The nachos and cheese has a souer and weird taste, the pulled pork were unpulled pork pieces of 5cm. No salt came near the meat, but at least they didn't serve it raw..
The salmon was a total bone fest, every bite had about 3 massive bones, also no salt came near.
I guess salt is expensive and Inflation took a toll on this establishment.

Nice atmosphere and we were seated immediately as a table of 8 with no pre booking.
All staff really friendly and service was quick.
We ordered:
Tex mex sharer Nachos sharer Chicken fajitas x 3 Chilli con carne Steak fajitas Chicken and chips Kids burger Chicken burger
All food was cooked fresh and really tasty.
The chef was really friendly and asked how our food was.
We were given complimentary drinks at the end of the meal which was a nice touch.
The bill was reasonable (just over 300 euros) and that included drinks.

Le restaurent dispose dâune cuisine ouverte et câest sans doute son principal problĂšme, ou plutĂŽt celui de la hotte. En effet vous ĂȘtes trĂšs rapidement plongĂ© au milieu dâun petit nuage de fumĂ©e provenant de la cuisine avec une odeur de cuisson assez forte. Bien quâune porte soit laissĂ©e ouverte pour faire un petit courant dâair, rien nây fait lâodeur est assez forte et vous ressortez de lĂ avec celle-ci sur vos vĂȘtements.
CĂŽtĂ© nourriture nous avons goĂ»tĂ© les tacos de porc et les fajitas de poulet. Le porc effilochĂ© Ă©tait trĂšs bon, bien assaisonnĂ© (poivrĂ© surtout) et tendre. Pour le poulet, nous estimons quâil l Ă©tait trop fort en curry.
Belles portions, servies avec des petits accompagnements pour assaisonner comme bon vous semble : guacamole, oignons crus, sauce piquante, sauce aigre.
Par contre en terme de prĂ©sentation vous recevez vos « crĂȘpes » de tacos ou tortillas dans une sorte dâassiette en plastique faisant penser Ă un Tupperware. Sans doute pratique pour les rĂ©chauffer au micro-ondes avant de servir mais vraiment pas esthĂ©tique !
Le vin maison au verre Ă©tait trĂšs bon. Les burgers que nous avons vu sur dâautres tables ou les piĂšces de viande semblaient appĂ©tissants.
