It was our first visit to Mamma Roma, and we were very disapointed with the service. We don't know if it was our unlucky day, to be served by an unfriendly waitress. No smile, no "hello" or other polite words. Apparently, asking her about the weight of the pizza is too much. ( How do I know more or less how much I will pay ? ). And the informations about the lunch menu was not very clear, asking her about it ( Ok, 2 parts of pizzas and a drink, but what is the size or weight of it ? Like how do I know ? ). In my experience that means you can queue for 20min and eat something you didn't even want. Because it was rush hour, the very "friendly" lady at the counter told me (and many others) to wait by the stairs and pick my own food when it will be prepared by her colleague (which seemed reheating for 10min). Traditional "al taglio" is made in a real oven and gets sold by weight. Zero service, 2 stars taste, highly overpriced street...
