Nice design, good energy, friendly stuff and overall great food. A few remarks:

Me and my friend both had the bunner + salad + fries & sauce formula.

It took a full hour between the time we arrived and got our food. It’s true that the weather was great and the terrace was overfull, but I still find that long for a burger and a serving of fries.

I had The Bangkok with crispy fried chicken and kimchi, and I found it exceptionally good. Hot, fresh, crispy, juicy and with a flavouring that simply couldn’t be any better. The bun itself was delicious, too. Five stars.

My friend had The Boston with pulled pork (apparently, their bestseller), and was a bit less impressed, as he found the recipe could use more spicing/flavouring.

We both concluded that we probably had the best fries of our lives. Made from fresh (not frozen) potatoes and, as far as I understood, triple-fried, they arrived super-hot and crispy, and tasted absolutely amazing.

The side salad was also a killer, with an impossibly good Asian dressing. House wine (we had Italian chardonnay) was very decent and not overpriced.

Ultimately, the slight downer (the long wait) was offset by the friendliness and smiles of the staff, even though they were very busy and were literally running, and the fantastic food - I, for one, absolutely loved everything I ordered.

Our bill was just over a hundred for 2, but since that included a dessert and the many drinks we ordered, and taking into account the quality of food, we found the overall price/quality ratio great.

Terrible Unhygienic Experience at Incompetent Hamburger Joint!

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this place, and my experience left me fuming with anger and disappointment. The employees at this establishment showed a complete disregard for basic hygiene practices, as we saw one of them did not wash their hands after using the toilet. Absolutely disgusting!

To make matters worse, as a vegetarian of 20 years, I specifically requested a meat-free burger. However, they managed to have the wrong order, which I unknowingly started eating. This not only violated my dietary preferences but also put my health at risk. When I brought this serious mistake to their attention, they displayed an unprofessional and insensitive attitude, finding the situation amusing. How is that funny? It's a clear sign of their incompetence and lack of respect for customers' needs.

The combination of poor hygiene and serving the wrong order showcases the utter lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills at this hamburger place. It's incredibly frustrating and infuriating to be treated this way, especially when it concerns one's health and dietary choices.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and potential health risks. The lack of hygiene, along with their inability to fulfill orders correctly and their disrespectful response to mistakes, make this place a disgraceful and untrustworthy dining option.

When it comes to the food, one can claim that it was superb. We ordered two burgers: one "The Brooklyn" and "The Bangkok". The food was quite authentic and we both liked it a lot. The size of these burgers were a bit smaller than expected but it was still enough to fulfill our expectations. "The Bangkok" was a bit spicier and more flavorful due to the additional kick of the kimchi. Nevertheless, one can tell that these delectable burgers were made with fresh ingredients.
