La Rustica — Restaurant in Ghent

I ordered here tagliatelle calabresi and a cup of tea. Tagliatelle was such a scrumptious dish. However I need to deplore a way of serving the tea - I was given quite a capacious glass filled with tea, but only... two thirds full. I cannot find a reasonable explanation for that. You guys may think that I'm too nitpicky, but come on - where's the problem in pouring the tea to the top? Do the restaurants really run out of water? Should the restaurants save the water to such an absurd extent?! Apart from that I recommend eating...

For about a year in my past I have been a pizzaman myself. The pizza's center is the most difficult to get right. Ideally, that center should slightly crack when you put your knife to it and at La Rustica it did: the chef knows how to even the dough to perfection!

Needless to say I looked forward to the first bite. I was not let down: these pizza's are a work of art. :D
