I regret to say that my visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. While the menu and food looked appealing in the pictures and tasted reasonably good, I believe the prices were too high. I ordered the sweet pancakes, and it appeared that the only item prepared in-house were the pancakes. To my astonishment, I found a literal string of metal in my pancake, presumably from a metal cleaning ball. It's a positive sign that they maintain clean pans, but it's absolutely unacceptable to discover such an item in an expensive pancake. I promptly informed the waiter, who was friendly and surprised. They replaced the pancakes, but unfortunately, the second plate had a hair in it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would like to clarify that the staff was very friendly, despite the issues. I cannot recommend this place; there are better options for unique and reasonably priced pancakes elsewhere. Reaction; I want to clarify that the presence of hair in the dish is already bizarre and should not have occurred, and I find it very concerning that it's treated as something that can simply happen at your establishment.
