Peaberry Coffeebar — Restaurant in Ghent

It was GREAT! I had breakfast with my family and we all loved it. My daughter had the soft boiled eggs and it was perfection. We loved the cheese and bread, I don't have a picture because I was to busy enjoying everything. I had the granola AMAZING! And we had the cinnamon bun, they warm them and we loved it. We could go back all day, every day. The staff gave us advice for coffee and tea, good choices and good advice from the staff. You could pick as many cookies as you wanted: on the shelf with water (as much as you want) and sugars (you could eat as much as you want, but I would advice you to choose the cakes and desserts instead). Iconic coffee place in Ghent! Perfectly located if you’re just walking around the touristic objectives. They offer a very interesting variety of coffee, homemade sweets and even some coffee accessories to take home. We went for the Ice black tonic (Just Amazing!) and the Brazilian one. Prices are average, host was amazing (perfect English, so it’s easy to order and get around) and the place has a cozy interior (hopefully we will be able to enjoy that again after Covid). Came after nice reviews for breakfast. Had sandwich of the day and soft boiled eggs with bread and cheese. The cheese was served mouldy. When I went to the counter and she gave me another piece that was mouldy again. I went and said this is not nice and the waiter said I should be cutting off the “edges” and eat the cheese. I know when you can cut the edges and eat. The mould in this cheese was just all over. Check the photos and decide for yourself. I don’t recommend this...
