Rock Circus — Restaurant in Ghent

Very BAD experience! Nice place, normal beers, but the barman is very IMPOLITE and a complete assh**e! Other friends already said that in Rock Circus Erasmus or international students are not well accepted, but I didn't think I would be treated in that way only because the barman «don't like no duch customers».

Resume: after ordering (and paying) for the beers, the barman started to make trouble about where we could sit. He turned off the lights and closed the upper floor because we did not sit where he wanted and he said «I'm the manager of this night, and you do what I want or you go out». When we were down my friend and me started to complain to him politely but his reaction was to laugh, say something in duch, turn away and put the volume of music high to not listen us. We decided to stay and to finish the beers, but all the night he tried to bother us, he withdrew the glasses still half-full and asked us a lot of times to order more beer or leave. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!

The young barman was really rude and impolite. We, me and my friends, misunderstood that a part of the local was closed and we sit there. He started to speak in a rude way against us and we moved in an other place of the local... However he continued to complain about us and when we finished our beer he told us to move away because we couldn't be there... He started to call me d*ck only because i was trying to explain that we didn't understand his words but he didn't give me the opportunity to speak and he continued to say to go away because i was not accepted in that local... The worst atmosphere to take a beer...

Last Saturday night my friends and I went to Rock Circus to have a drink al together because we thought the place was really nice. However, the young waiter destroyed our expectations. We just ask him politely if it was possible to sit upstairs due to we were 12 people and downstairs the space was limited for us.
