Quick Herstal — Restaurant in Herstal

Very similar to McDonald's, but no where near as good.

I find the name 'Quick' ironic as we queued next to 2 other queues that were moving very slowly. There didn't seem to be enough staff. We waited 15 minutes to order.

The staff are bi-lingual and were friendly, but just overworked, I think.

The food was so expensive for what we got. The portions were very small, and the fries were soft. I went for a chicken wrap which had what tasted like stale cheese in it. We ordered a kids meal and they gave us an empty ice cream cone, to which we then had to queue again after eating our meal so we can have the ice cream added. Plus, most of the soft drinks were unavailable. There was just coke available.

It does offer a play area for kids, and it's fairly spacious, but I will be giving this place a miss next time I'm...

Quick, well, my first time visiting quick and I'll not quickly forget. Walking in with high hopes, they faded after waiting for over 30 minutes for our burgers. First, no receipt was given since they were out of paper. Extremely long waiting times. Finally, our burgers arrived. Wrong product. They retried. Failed again. Quick and not so quick service. Quick: with wasting your time. The burger and the fries were good though, definitely a 5/5. Nice interior, nice red sofas. Although toilets could use some quick cleaning. We choose Quick instead of McDonald (opposite) because tired of the same s…. Food. Anyway wasn’t a real good option. The meat was nice but the service was terrible, 8 of them in the kitchen and they don’t speak English and they forgot the mayo and the burger in my wife fun box 🤦🏻. Fries was worst then Mc and my question is why a Belgium fast food with the best fries in the world has to serve that s…???
