Nice little Vietnamese restaurant. Food is a bit hit or miss. I'm married to a Vietnamese woman and had my share a good, mediocre and bad takes on the Vietnamese cuisine.

This place delivers a solid product but some dishes are not up to standard. My wife and I went for duck, which was severely overcooked, luckily the sauce made up for a big part of it. Our friend had the bun cha, which was simply amazing. As if you're in Vietnam. You can clearly tell the meat was prepared on charcoal, which really adds a lot of flavor.

However, the lady was far from friendly. I won't be going back here, just because of the lack of customer service. They forgot 2 bowls of rice and when we asked for chopsticks, we were met with a smirky smile and a sigh. This was the 3rd time we were here, and the 3rd time she was not friendly. I live quite next to this restaurant so 10 days ago I decided to go there for dinner. I was very disappointed , food quality in my opinion is very bad . I asked for a pad thai and with my surprise the plate they serve me was quite different to the original recipe, no dry nuts for example no tamarind sauce , problem with asian food is that a lot of times when they see an European ordering it they assume that you have no knowledge of this kind of cuisine , shame for them that I use to work while living in London to 1 start michelin restaurant called VONG ( fusion of thai and french cuisine). The food was ok. The experience was terrible.

It took more than 2 hours for the food to arrive, and most of the orders were wrong (noodles instead of rice, duck instead of chicken, etc). When we told the staff, we were yelled at that yes, it was what we ordered, then asked the number of the items, and when we didn't remember it (it was 2 hours ago!), we got yelled at again. The thing is, I'm sure that there was an issue in the kitchen, and it usually doesn't take that long or gets that messed up. But the fact that the staff didn't communicate anything or answered our questions rubbed us the wrong way. We did get a 30% discount at the end, which is probably because of how late the food was.
