Experience was ruined by ignorant barmen. Tonight around 8pm (14.05.2019) I ordered Negroni from barmen-brunette girl with ponytail, she served my cocktail in a dirty glass with lipsticks stains. When I came back to bar to complain, she didn’t even apologise, she just poured the same cocktail from dirty glass into a new one. I was in shock from lack of hygiene and refused to take it. She still didn’t apologise and just asked another barmen to make me a new cocktail, which he did. No apologies, no compensation offered. Bar looks OK from the outside, but service is extremely slow, we needed to chase the waiters many times to all of our orders. Ordered cheese, sausage and bread.
