Hello, we ordered food at my tannour (Cimetiere d'Íxelles) and want to take the opportunity to share some feedback. As we order regularly, we are usually very happy. However, not this time. To be honest, we were quite disappointed. We had three portions: plate fallafel, and two times chicken. What went wrong?
-The plates were very small (nearly tiny compared to the visit in your restaurant) -The fallafel was not very well fried and still raw -The meat was too salty

UPDATE: So, I gave this place a second chance and unfortunately had the same experience again. Came with family this time and wanted to dine in. After waiting for more than 45min. they told us that there is a “small problem” and the order was not even placed. So we asked for refund but were told that we will be contacted by the management to get the refund. And then nobody replies to emails. Read moreWent twice to the new My Tannour at Cemetiére d'Ixelles. Tried Pain "Smoked" Lamb & Pain Falafel. The freshly baked Tannour Bread is beautiful ... The Lamb was not "Smoked" but perfectly roasted, succulent and delicious. However, to enjoy it, I had to open the tannour wrap to fish it out of the heaps and heaps of salad it was drowned in. I must admit that salad ingredients were fresh and of good quality. But lots and lots of it masking the taste of Lamb. The Pain de Falafel did not fare any better. Except that the falafel, again good ingredients, but lacked the typical falafel taste. A far cry from what I had when the first My Tannour opened. Then, there was a real middle east...
