Pizza Punto Pasta — Restaurant in Ixelles - Elsene

First of all the pizzas here are definitely not Italian but American so don't expect anything nice. Secondly, the service is the worst ever! They deliver the pizza hours later and they don't pick up the phones, and when they bring it they just throw the pizza box over to you and say rude things into your face. Just stay away from this restaurant... I feel so very sorry about the money I gave them, on top of all these, it's even more expensive...

This was the worst pizza I have had in a very long time. Delivery took 2 hours and 30 min although it was supposed to be 30 min. Spoke to them 3-4 times and the pizza was always on the way, then the delivery guy had the address wrong... The pizza with tuna was burnt and tasted like beef casserole and the 4 Fromages was just a bit of grilled cheese. Overall, the worst experience with the worst...

Note to myself: avoid, avoid and avoid. Worst pizza in years. If there was an international tribunal for crimes against pizza, those guys would have to stand a trial there. Everything of the cheapest quality. I am glad I din't order this while I had sbd invited over. Would have ruined the evening. I'm sick on stomach even the...
