Don Peppino 🇮🇹 — Restaurant in Knokke-Heist

Knokke is a beautiful magical town full of amazing people and when it comes to food is full of extraordinary restaurants with the most lovely people you can imagine. Unfortunately, Don Peppino is “the exception”to all of this- They have a terrible treatment, cero kindness and manners - clearly racist and can not talk about the food because I had to leave after 1 minute in the place as the waiter acted as if we did not have a reservation (which we clearly had), was rude , cynical and unpleasant clearly because of the color of my wonderful Dark skin. After the unfortunate episode my girlfriend called back to the owner to express our experience- he offered us “a coffee” in another cynical and arrogant way and said he was to busy to either listen and even more busy to extend an Apology. Please everyone AVOID this place as Knokke-Heist is way much better than this, we have friends that are like family to us here and we wish visitors and residents never experience what we did at Terrible...

ik ben er vroeger enkele keren geweest en vond het een leuk restaurantje , maar de baas heeft blijkbaar voorkeur voor sommige klanten en andere niet zoals men aan alle (3 ) tafels vraagt om een pouse cafe en aan mij niks , ik die alleen zit wat maakt een drankje meer uit dan , zo ben ik terug gegaan en mocht niet zitten waar ik wou was zogezegd bezet , er is die avond niemand gaan zitten aan die tafels achteraan, ik werd tussen twee tafels geduwd waar ik niet wou zitten alleen , ik wou rustig alleen zitten en niet in iemands anders bord te moeten kijken enkele cm van mij , ze moesten de tafel verschuiven anders kon ik er niet uit , ik vind het duur , ik ben nog eens gaan proberen met een vriendin na lange tijd . mijn vriendin kreeg frit ,een klein beetje , ik zei dat ze de frietjes mochten laten staan maar dat mag niet van de baas , ze zijn ook niet komen vragen of ze nog frietjes wou , men betaald er tenslotte genoeg om geen extra friet te krijgen , dat vind ik er beetje over , ik heb er ook 100 euro nagelaten , is duur voor de service , ik ga er niet meer naar toe , heb het meerdere kansen gegeven voor ik iets verkeerds er over zou zeggen , maar dit was er over , veel succes...

We were 7 people and we arrived at 9pm and they treated us super bad. The owner told us that we could only eat two different dishes and that we had to chose only 2, without giving us a proper reason. Every time he was coming to our table he was leaving complaining so we left without eating. Really...
