Falafel Top — Restaurant in Leuven

We are loyal customers of Falafel Top, as it serves some of the best authentic falafel in Belgium. We’ve had good experiences there, but once we ordered through Takeaway, and it ruined everything. The order was delivered two hours late, even though the app stated the maximum delivery time was 45 minutes. After several calls to the restaurant and chats with Takeaway’s customer service, we finally received our food. Unfortunately, it was very cold and tasteless, and the quality was not up to their usual standard. Additionally, we spent over €50, which, according to the app, should have included a gift, but we never received it. I would suggest dining in or taking away instead of ordering for delivery. This may be the best falafel I’ve eaten!

I was very hungry when I arrived and I was immediately offered a warm falafel to eat out of my hand while waiting for the owner to serve the people before me.

The falafel wraps are large and filled with veggies. The wrap tasted healthy and fresh, with just enough sauce. The food tasted and felt of high quality. Definitely not what you’d get in the average kebab place.

This place only serves vegetarian falafel wraps, so extra points for that.

The owner is incredibly warm and generous. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick healthy bite. The food is also very affordable.

I visited this place for the first time after moving in Leuven last month and dear lord I have to be completely honest its one of the best I had in my whole life . Im a bit disappointed in myself that I hadn't tired it sooner since the other falafel dishes I tried in restaurants in Leuven dont come even close to the quality and taste .
