Khin — Restaurant in Leuven

This is the first time that I write the review. I really could not find the nice Thai food abraod. I am Thai who is a student in Leuven. For me, the price is a bit high but I got a quite big portion for that. We ordered a few dishes and curries. The padthai is really great for my taste (for some of my friends think it is a bit sweet). For Gra pao gai, I ordered Thai style and I can taste like when I eat in Bangkok. For curry, there are variety of curres you can choose and all the meats. We tried Green, Khin and masman curries. All are great. I would love green and Khin to be spicier than this. However, the base taste are really great. Spiciness is up to each person I think. For myself I will ask them to make thai style put more chili next time. Khop khun maak...

Ordered for a group, the food was good but there were some negative aspects. A big con for us was the smaller rice and noodle portion sizes. The curries and other dishes were nice, but the amount of sauce really needs more rice to eat it all together. The noodles were also overcooked, which is less ideal since we ordered extra. We added portions of cooked vegetables as well, and for 6 euro we were expecting more than the pitiful portion we received. Overall, I feel like the add ons are expensive and quickly hike up the price, which is not worth it...

Raw chicken!

I am sorry to leave this review, as we have enjoyed some meals from Khin in the past. However, the chicken in the Gay Pad Sauce Satay we picked up yesterday was not only not cooked through, but completely raw in places and had to be cooked again at our home.
